Congratulations to Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. They recently took delivery of two new Type III Marque Commando ambulances. Built on 2014 Ford E-450 chassis, the units were delivered by Alan L. Wallace of Keystone Emergency Vehicles.
The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is part of the Penn State College of Medicine. With a fleet of 20 vehicles, they provide ALS and BLS service to surrounding municipalities. They also assist LifeLion Med-Evac with critical patients. When looking to purchase their new ambulance, the hospital was in search of a true custom ambulance at a competitive price. They also wanted a modular structure that was superior in design, resulting in the most safety for the patient and EMS providers. The Marque Commando was the perfect model to suit their needs. In addition, they wanted to work with a dealership in close proximity that offered on-site service for the ambulance conversion, making Keystone Emergency Vehicles the right fit for their new ambulance sales needs.
